How do I book an appointment at Dr. Sunny Medical Centre?
You can book by calling the clinic you'd like to visit — Sharjah on +971 6 566 8966 or Umm Al Quwain on +971 6 543 3746. Our reception team will help you find a suitable time and the right department for your needs.
Do you accept walk-ins, or do I need an appointment?
We welcome both walk-in patients and scheduled appointments. Booking ahead is recommended so we can reduce your waiting time and make sure the relevant doctor is available, especially for specialist services.
Where are your clinics located?
We have two branches in the UAE. The Sharjah clinic is at Villa 205, Street 124, Samnan, and the Umm Al Quwain clinic is on King Faisal Street, near the Nissan Showroom. We serve patients from across the Emirates.
What are your opening hours?
Both clinics are generally open daily, roughly from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm. Hours can vary on public holidays, so we recommend calling your branch in advance to confirm before you travel.
What languages do your staff speak?
Our team speaks English and Arabic, and several team members speak additional languages commonly used across the UAE. If you have a specific language preference, let our reception know when you book and we'll do our best to assist.
Do you treat children?
Yes. We have a pediatrics service for infants, children and adolescents, covering routine check-ups, common childhood illnesses and general care. Please mention your child's age when booking so we can arrange the right appointment.
Do you provide childhood vaccinations?
Our pediatrics team can advise on and provide routine childhood vaccinations. As availability and schedules can vary, please call ahead to confirm the specific vaccine you need and to plan your visit.
Do you work with insurance?
We work with a number of major UAE insurance providers. As coverage depends on your individual plan, please contact your nearest clinic before your visit so our team can confirm whether your specific policy and treatment are covered.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Please bring a valid Emirates ID or passport, and your insurance card if you intend to use insurance. If you have any previous medical reports, prescriptions or a list of current medications, bringing these along helps our doctors care for you more effectively.
What services and specialties do you offer?
Our clinics offer Dermatology, Aesthetics, Laser, Slimming, Dental, Pediatrics and General Practice. Our Umm Al Quwain branch also offers Orthopedic and Gynaecology services. Call your branch to confirm which services are available on a given day.
Do you offer dermatology, aesthetics, dental and slimming treatments?
Yes, these are among our core services across our UAE clinics. Treatment plans are always discussed and tailored during a consultation, where our team can explain what may be suitable for you and answer any questions.
How do I reach each branch directly?
For the Sharjah clinic (Villa 205, Street 124, Samnan), call +971 6 566 8966. For the Umm Al Quwain clinic (King Faisal Street, near Nissan Showroom), call +971 6 543 3746. Our reception teams can answer questions and help you plan your visit.
What should I do in a medical emergency or after hours?
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 998 for an ambulance or go straight to the nearest hospital emergency department. For non-urgent matters outside our opening hours, you can call your branch during working hours to arrange care.
Can I get a consultation before deciding on a treatment?
Absolutely. We encourage a consultation first, where a member of our team can assess your needs, explain your options conservatively and discuss any details such as suitability and what to expect. Simply contact your nearest branch to arrange one.
